The Ipswich Baptist Church building opposite the Old Flour Mill housed the first baptist Church in Queensland. Originally constructed as a simple Gothic-Style building, the 1938 modernisation created a striking Art Deco facade. The church sold the building and it is currently undergoing renovation.
